Arbor Capital Markets endeavors to form relationships with small to middle market companies and assist them in developing, planning and executing corporate finance solutions that maximize shareholder value. Our client relationships are formed and nurtured based upon mutual respect with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Our clients are more than a single transaction and our success is only attained via their success.
In addition, the firm works with small to medium sized government organizations to assist them with their public finance requirements. Our finance professionals have been investors, operating officers and finance executives and have the experience and knowledge to recognize “that critical moment,” when a decision is made to get the deal done or to walk away with confidence.
To form relationships with the client based on shared goals and as part of the Team maximize shareholder value by focusing on the following:
DEVELOP, the process by which facts are gathered, including researching the company’s industry and market, its competitors, its products, price points, value proposition and competitive differentiation.
PLAN, the process by which the facts are compared to the market and competitors, financial and strategic models are created and sensitivity analysis performed resulting in an action plan that maximizes shareholder value.
EXECUTE, or implement the plan. Examples include helping the company analyze an acquisition, securing the required acquisition funding, review or develop strategic partnerships, raise cash for expansion or sell the company.
